Our team includes both those with strong practical industry
experience as well as those with solid theoretical and
academic backgrounds.
Roderick Hare, President
and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Hare is founder and CEO of Mission Ridge Capital,
a hedge fund advisory firm. Prior to forming Mission
Ridge, Mr. Hare co-founded and served as original president
of Sabrient Systems, a quantitative investment research
firm that focuses on hedge funds and institutional investment
managers.
Charles Batsford,
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Batsford has nearly twenty-years of experience in operations and customer relations management. Prior to joining Santa Barbara Quantitative Strategies,
Mr. Batsford was the Chief Operating Officer of Sabrient Systems, a quantitative investment research firm that focuses on hedge funds and
institutional investment managers. Mr. Batsford oversees the areas of business management, including: accounting, compliance, and client services.
Andrey Rogalsky, Chief
Technology Officer
Mr. Rogalsky served a decade at the Soviet Space Research
Institute and achieved extensive experience in database
applications and real-time space-born data acquisitions.
Mr. Rogalsky is responsible for the systems operations,
which include daily maintenance of the operational database
and all technology aspects of the proprietary trading
systems.
